Furthermore featured in this latest image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
